Withdrawal requests may be made through the following methods:

Please send your completed 「Money Deposit / Withdrawal Form」 by e-mailsettlement@midas.com.hk   or fax (852) 2527 6965.		Please call (852) 2527 6844

Please give the withdrawal request by one of the followig ways on or before 11:30 am. After 11:30 am, the withdrawal will be processed on the next working day.

Remarks：A crossed cheque with cleint's name will be deposited into the designated bank account which is stated in the client’s account opening form. Withdrawal for third party is not accepted.
